1. Why my system could not working stable after the new vga card have install ?
Please make sure that you have remove the driver of your old vga card in "add/remove program",especially for the vga card with 3d accleterate future,and please update the bios and agp driver(if need) of your mainboard to newest version.
2. What if my system hangs or I get a blank screen ?
Make sure your vga card is properly inserted into the slot.Gently press the card into the slot.Try or renserted it,check if the monitor output connnector is securely connected with vga connector.Clean the golden fingers of vga card with a eraser and plug it back to the slot again.
3. Why the TV-Out could not work ?
If you need to use tv-out feature,please let your vga card detect your tv-set at first,so please connect your tv-set to system and power on it at first, then power on your system,let systerm could detect your tv-set have inserted,then your could change the output device setting in the desplay properities.
4. Why the PCI vga card could not boot correctly with my system ?
This status happen because the new PCI vga card have some PCI resource conflict with on-board vga device/other on-board device,so please check follow point:
BIOS setup: please make sure the booting device setting in bios setup of mainboard have been changed to PCI device from on board vga.
PCI slot: please try to install the PCI vga card to another PCI slot,some time the PCI vga card could only work in 1 PCI slot for a mainboard with 3~5 PCI slot.
M/B bios update: we also suggest to update mainboard BIOS,new BIOS may solve PCI resource allocate issue.
5. All AGP graphics adapters used on Non-intel AGP chipset motherboards ?
When using an agp /vga with non-intel chipset system,please make sure that the latest version of the M/B chipset manufacturer's AGP drivers for Windows 95/98 has been installed. You need to install the AGP driver to utilize the AGP function. You may download an appropriate AGP driver for your system for free at the web sites provided below.Please follow the instructions given from M/B manufacturers' "Readme" file for installation.
6. Does our VGA cards support Linux driver ?
Because all the VGA cards support VESA so you can use VESA driver or the standard VGA driver provided by Linux to meet your needs. As for NVIDIA chips,Linux driver is avalaible special from NVIDIA and you can download it from www.nvidia.com/products/drivers.nsf/Linux.html.
7. Why my vga card running unstable when the AGP 4X enable ? My mainboard based on VIA chipset.
Please change both BIOS setting of mainboard and jumper setting of the VGA to 2X mode,because there are some VIA 4X mainboard could not driver this vga card in AGP 4X mode.
